I took a road trip from Anchorage up to Poker Creek for a few days. From Poker Creek I also went on day trips to Eagle and Dawson City. On the way back to Anchorage I stayed 2 days at the Copper River Princess hotel - great view of the mountains in Wrangle St. Elias National Park. The side trip to McCarthy and the Kennicott mining town was awsome. Back in Anchorage, Eric and I went hiking at Bird Point on Turnagain Arm.
